How to use the Color Picker

Browse different colors

Use the slider bar to sift through the different colors (Red, Pink, Purple, Blue, Cyan, Green, Yellow, Orange).

Pick a color

Use the circle selector to pick a color on the screen. Feel free to tap around and see what colors you like best.

Save your colors

Once you’ve chosen a color and/or palette, you can export the codes to use in your materials, take a screenshot of the palette, or simply copy the color code to paste into your editor of choice.

Frequently asked questions

  • What’s a hex code?

    Hex codes are universal codes that identify a color online. It’s a six digit code with a mix of letters or numbers; e.g. #FFFFFF is the hex code for white, and #000000 is the hex code for black.

  • How do I use a hex code?

    When choose the color of text, a background, or other elements in your editor or design software, there is usually an option to type in a hex code. Use our color picker to find a color, and then copy/paste the hex code wherever you need.

  • What if I need to find a color combination or create a color palette?
